Photoshop clipping paths are used to separate objects from their background or layer.
This is brought up to as ‘insulating’ and allows the objects to be placed on afresh background or color.
Clipping paths are used in a number of graphic editing procedures in different programs such as In design,
Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator. Creating high quality clipping paths is a skilled process, but one that can be long-winded,
especially for a large number of images.
